(Earth science) Freedom - Don’t take it for granted.
By Joshua Penman
If you happen to be living in the Modern Free World, you’re allowed to read this article, and those like it, with out censorship and with a simple online search or click of a mouse button. This alone should get your attention, and I feel, should get your attention well.
Right now, in 2010 as I am writing this, China is still blocking Bogs of many sources (often by their common domain name). Iran filters everything (just like China) and they are looking those very important keywords that would lead them to the ‘perpetrators’ of any conspiracy that could potentially undermine the current regime.
In the USA, internet searches, public gatherings, Town Hall Meetings on various civil issues and over all civil freedoms are practiced constantly, all the time with out the severe Government intervention that we see so prevalent in other countries.
How these freedoms came to be.
We, in the Modern Free World: USA, Canada, parts of Europe, Japan, South Korea, and other pockets of Countries throughout the world can potentially take these freedoms for granted. Freedom of speech, right to own (property or otherwise), right to assembly and so forth. But how these freedoms came to be?
The issues of how our free world came about, and continues to remain free does center around constant vigilance in dealing with oppression, oppressive leaders throughout history, and many can be cited: Idi Amin of recent times, Hitler is Obvious, Stalin may have had his following but through systematic elimination of those who wouldn’t follow and rather brutally.
There are many obvious examples.
Through proper governmental, political and military intelligence coupled with a series of carefully planned actions across the globe, by those that do care about freedom, the patriots, have stemmed the tide of what could otherwise be a different world. A simply example would be if the Nazi Party had won more that just ‘the hearts and minds’ of the German population at the time. If they had won World War II it would be a different place today.
The point I want to get across is not a justification for any of the military actions that have or are taken place, but the fact that patriots cared, they had their freedoms, they saw a need, they took action, and they paid a price.
In America, this starts over 200 years ago with the dream of freedom, through the Civil War over the freedom of the Black Slaves (which still is a serious issue of rights, so much that laws regarding civil rights and freedoms are still being refined)
So the point I am trying to make is those of us that really do enjoy the freedoms today, that we really take for granted, like going home at night and turning on cable TV, need to be in humble respect for the price paid, the blood shed, the argument made? “I say, give me Liberty or give me death!” And lastly, as well, have great thanks for.

Article Submission
By Christian Mina A
A smart choice for any entrepreneur is to write and submit articles to publishers to have their business, services and products promoted. Your time is the only expense for this kind of marketing project, and for maximal benefits, the sum you pay your editor. ??
The submission process can be overwhelming to many people that don’t know where to begin. You can see described below the ten steps I take with each article submission project. Having a procedure in place makes managing submissions so much easier and eliminates the confusion of what is to be done.??
1. Start by having your article revised and then place it on your website. Make sure you have an appealing heading (and a byline) that stimulates the readers to react.
2. Utilize a “text to html” instrument to format your byline so that the URL will be published live the moment your article is posted on a web site or blog.
3. Gather the information you will need for most submission sites including: heading, author’s name, address, phone number, e-mail, web site URL, subject, a two lines abstract of the article, article URL, line count, word count, auto responder address (if any), written document file names and 10-15 tags (keywords).
??4. Create a database of submission sites that are suitable for your article. To collect info and keep track of my submission list I use EzineAnnouncer. I always write down the groups that are a match for my article. My latest submission qualified for more than 400 sites. However, your attainment depends upon your article theme.??
5. Start publishing on sites that accept articles by e-mail. You should never send attachments unasked. Integrate the entire article into the e-mail message and add an option for the receiver to opt-out of your list.??
6. The next stage should be to sign up for all new submission sites on your list that demand enrollment. Normally, you should have to wait for a verification e-mail before applying. You can go to the next level while you wait for the confirmation.??
7. Apply to all the sites you have enrolled for and to all the sites that don’t need registration, but offer a submission application.??
8. Verify your e-mail, confirm your new accounts and go to those sites to submit your article. Monitor your login and password for each site.
??9. Renew your submission list by eliminating or rectifying rejected e-mail addresses and URL errors. You will also need to add your new submission sites to your database.??
10. Make a list to keep on your computer, with the names and URLs of the sites you submitted to. Update this report when you submit your previous articles to newly discovered sites.??
Build your own submission process by following the steps I have provided and building on them. You will see your submissions will take you less time while helping you to become more methodical.
